Accountability reporting
eSafety routinely publishes a range of information to promote accountability and transparency.
We also publish annual reports in conjunction with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
Departmental and agency files
Under this Senate Order Australian Government departments and agencies must publish an indexed list of the titles of all relevant files created in a six-month period in the central office of that department or agency, including new parts of existing files.

Reporting of Gifts and Benefits
Under the Australian Public Service Commission (APSC) guidance the following eSafety gifts and benefits lists are provided.
Gifts and Benefits Register for the period
Agency advertising and public information projects
Under this Senate Order, Australian Government departments and agencies must report each advertising or public information project they undertake where the cost of the project is estimated or contracted to be $100,000 or more.
Information will be published here as relevant.
Executive remuneration
The Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet: Executive Remuneration Reporting Guidelines require that average remuneration packages for executives and other highly paid staff be published on agency websites, in a specific format, based on figures arising from payment summaries. The information will be updated annually.
Pay on-time performance reports
The Australian Government has updated the way non-corporate Commonwealth entities (NCEs) report their payment performance under the Supplier Pay On-Time or Pay Interest Policy.
The Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 has been updated to include the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Amendment (Procurement Reporting Measures) Rules 2026 for NCEs.
Under the rules, NCEs are required to publish online information about their performance against the policy and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
eSafety compliance and reporting requirements in relation to this is contained within the Australian Communications and Media Authority’s report. This is available on the ACMA website.
