Support for children and young people
It can be really hard and isolating if you are being bullied or abused online but help and support is available. Reach out to a trusted adult or teacher and let them know what is happening and how it makes you feel. You can also talk or chat online to a free counselling service.
Your GP can also assess you for a mental health treatment plan, so you can talk to a trained counsellor, or there may be a counsellor at your school.
Get help to manage the impacts of cyberbullying (under 18), adult cyber abuse (18 or older), image-based abuse or illegal and restricted online content.
