Cybersmart Hero

Cybersmart Hero

Cybersmart Hero is a teacher-led online resource aimed at Year 4 primary students.

This half-hour, interactive class activity asks students to step into the shoes of a bystander involved in a cyberbullying scenario. The activity teaches students to recognise a cyberbullying situation and what they can do to be a positive bystander.

Using a 'real world' example, the story explores what may happen if someone is cyberbullied, what steps to take to prevent it from escalating and how to get help.

Cybersmart Hero is easy to facilitate and provides an excellent opportunity to address content in the Technologies and Health and Physical Education curriculum areas.
