Flickr is an online content hosting platform and social network, owned by SmugMug Inc. Flickr is mainly used by photographers, videographers and visual artists to showcase their work, share ideas and explore interests.

Flickr allows you to upload content like photos and videos to albums, tag other Flickr users in posts, leave comments, join subject groups and share creative techniques with the community. You can also access royalty-free images and buy photo books and prints from the Flickr site.

Flickr accounts are free to set up with limited uploads. Paid ‘pro’ plans offer unlimited uploads, analytical tools and advertising-free posts.
