OkCupid is a dating service available via web browser and app. You can specify biographic details about your appearance and preferences in your profile, including a range of gender and sexual identities. As well as adding pictures, the sign-up process also features an extensive questionnaire. This is used to measure compatibility with other users and expressed as a percentage score.

OkCupid’s ‘Discover’ mode presents profiles for review – if two users like each other’s profile, OkCupid will let them know. Liking also provides the opportunity to include an introductory message that will become visible if your like is reciprocated.

OkCupid also incorporates live streaming functionality. This feature allows interaction with users on other platforms such as MeetMe, Skout, Plenty of Fish and Zoosk.
