How we handle adult cyber abuse reports

Generally, we will offer support and guidance.

We may provide access to support services, point you to tips to block, report and delete abusive content. However, in extreme cases we may be able to assist you to try and get material taken down.

You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours of lodging your report.

Each report is assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all the information provided before we decide on our approach.

For this reason, it is very important that you provide as much information as you can to support your report, such as screenshots. Find out more about collecting evidence and the kind of information we require.

If we need further information, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you have provided in your report. As your report progresses, we will keep you informed via email.

If you are still not sure about making a report or you have questions that have not been answered, see if our frequently asked questions (FAQ) about making a report can help.
