Spring.me provides a conversational space for people to meet and start a conversation. Users can send anonymous questions, ask their followers to answer questions, see responses to any individual question and 'smile' at the best responses. Users can also share and leave comments on answers and participate in opinion polls.

By default, the Spring.me privacy settings are set so most of your information can be seen by everyone and anyone can ask you questions and comment on your responses.
You can adjust your privacy settings to have a Protected Account. This means you personally approve anyone who wants to communicate with you, only approved and identifiable users (not anonymous) will be able to ask you questions and see what you have posted.

On Spring.me you can choose whether to ask Public or Direct Questions. When a user asks a Public Question, everyone on the site has access to it and can participate. A Direct Question is a question a user asks another user directly. If you have a Protected Account, users will still be able to see your answers but won't be able to access your profile information.

If you find an inappropriate question in your feed, inbox or on another user’s profile you can report the content and user. Spring.me’s support staff will review the request and take appropriate action.

If you find abuse in another person's response or on their profile page, you can report that content by filing a support ticket to Spring.me support staff.
Please note that, when reporting content, abuse and cyber-bullying, it is important to provide as much information as possible so that the request can be processed quickly.
Spring.me is free from advertising. If you find unsolicited ads or spams on the site you can report it by clicking on the report button on the top right hand corner.
When you block a user on Spring.me, they won’t be able to ask you any more questions. They will still be able to follow you and view answers you publish.
