Skout is a location-based social network and dating app that connects people by location or personal preferences. You can also broadcast live streams, chat with other users by text message and use special flirting features like Buzzwinks.

Skout is free to join however paid subscriptions are available for access to more features within the app. A virtual currency called Diamonds can be purchased for use within the app. Diamonds can also be earned by activities like streaming, and redeemed for cash through Paypal.

You can sign up to Skout with an email address, phone number or with FacebookApple or Google.

Access to the app is blocked to users under the age of 18 however, there is no age verification in place.
